Description: We have a problem solving crisis! In acquisitions, our ability to solve problems is at the core of who we are as professionals! Whether it is 'what do I need to buy?' or 'how do I create a successful proposal?', we are attempting to solve a problem. This workshop will explore the business challenges faced by acquisition professionals, both buyer and seller, and provide simple tools and techniques which can be easily put into action for your benefit and that of your organization.
